Ridgewood College Club Book Fair Begins Thursday RIDGEWOOD, N.J. --Members of Ridgewood's College Club are having a used-book fair April 14 -17 at Somerville Elementary School in Ridgewood. Money from the book sale will go toward grants for women attending a four-year college or university. The sale not only raises a large portion of the money used for the grants but also provides a wonderful resource for the community, said College Club official Whitney Klein. Electricity, Magnetism Come To Life At Briarcliff Middle School BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Briarcliff Middle School recently held its second annual Electricity and Magnetism Maker Faire, where sixth-graders used the two phenomena in their projects.
