(Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program at a ceremony held at the school on Monday. The department’s two D.A.R.E. officers teach the program to young students in the Clarkstown area. The program not only teaches kids that they should refuse drugs and alcohol, and not participate in violent activities, but how to do so.
