Irvington's Main Street School Performs 'The Mad Adventures Of Mr. Toad' IRVINGTON, N.Y. -- Close to 30 students at Main Street School in Irvington took to the stage and brought “The Mad Adventures of Mr. Toad” to life during performances May 5 - 6.The students told the story of the eccentric but likeable Toad of Toad Hall, given to “crazes,” as they portrayed his mad adventures. The production was directed by Deborah Ottaviano, who is retiring at the end of the school year after 15 years as the school’s theater director. Pascack Valley High School Choir Organizes Spring Concert HILLSDALE, N.J. -- The Pascack Valley High School Choirs, under the direction of Argine Safari, will present its annual spring concert, "Songs of Love and Freedom," Thursday, May 19 in the school's Joseph Poli Auditorium. The concert program will feature works by Haydn, Dvorak, Ola Gjeillo, Ben E. King, as well as spirituals, barbershop, Broadway and jazz favorites.
