MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- The Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Sales Days event on Sept. 17 and 18 (Saturday and Sunday).The event will include family entertainment, delicious food and shopping for everyone. Approximately 7,500 people attend the event each year, according to a release from the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce. Sales Days will provide a great opportunity for local businesses to gain new customers and to build brand awareness, according to the chamber. Kent Library Hosts Minecraft Fridays
KENT LAKES, N.Y. -- The Kent Public Library will hold its Minecraft on Fridays program from July 8 - Aug.12.This program is for young people ages seven to 12. Minecraft is a computer game about placing blocks and going on adventures. Players explore randomly generated worlds and build amazing things from the simplest of homes to the grandest of castles, according to a release from Kent Library. Bronxville Carwash Helps Fund Village Lutheran Church Youth Group Trip
BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Members of the Village Lutheran Church youth group held a carwash in Bronxville on Saturday to raise funds for an upcoming trip.The seven young people, in grades three to eight, worked together to wash about 30 cars. There was no set price for the service. Donations were collected for each wash.
