Little Feat Performs In Port Chester

Tivoli Artists Gallery Exhibit Celebrates Village
TIVOLI, N.Y. -- The Tivoli Artists Gallery will kick off its new exhibit, the second annual "Tivoli People and Place," on Friday in Tivoli.The exhibit will run through Sunday, Sept. 18, with a gallery reception on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 6 - 8 p.m. It will feature a collection of original paintings and photographs celebrating Tivoli and its people in images.
The curators for the exhibit are Dana Matthews, Pamela Tucker and Julia Aneshansley.

Lewisboro Land Trust Hosts Birding Paddle at Saugatuck River
LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- The Lewisboro Land Trust will host the Long Island Sound Birding Paddle on Saturday at Saugatuck River in Connecticut.Participants will paddle down the Saugatuck River to saltwater marsh, Bermuda Lagoon with Michele Sorensen, kayak instructor and Audubon naturalist.
This is an easy, beautiful paddle where participants can view American Oystercatchers, Ospreys, Snowy Egrets, Terrapins, Yellow-Crowns and Great-Blue, Night and White Herons, according to a release from the Lewisboro Land Trust.
Participants will meet at Saugatuck River state boat ramp in Westport, Conn.

Kids Can Tour The World At Field Library in Peekskill
PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The Field Library in Peekskill will present the final Library Live event, "Tour Around the World," on Thursday.Children ages 6 and older are invited to travel the globe without ever leaving Peekskill. Kids can sample food from other cultures and discover crafts, games, music and costumes from around the world.
Kids will visit China, India, Ecuador, Jamaica, Mexico, Puerto Rico and a host of other countries in this program. They can sign up for a passport, which costs $1.
