Peter LaPak and Marine Unit Officer Richard Delallo recently were honored by the Norwalk Police Department as its September 2016 Officers of the Month.LaPak and Delallo were recognized for their lifesaving actions on Sept. 10.  While on patrol in Norwalk Harbor, they spotted a man struggling to stay afloat. It was later discovered that the man had been knocked off his boat, sustaining a head injury.
