Students From Boces' Pines Bridge, Walden Schools Perform In Holiday Show SOMERS, N.Y. -- Students and staff from Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES' Pines Bridge and Walden Schools showed off their talents at the Holiday Variety Show Spectacular on Friday, Dec. 23. The show, organized by Debra Canzio and Jesse Steiner, featured singing, dancing and instrumental performances. LifeBridge CEO Earns Leadership Award From Bridgeport Business Group BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Bridgeport Regional Business Council has chosen William J. Hass, president and CEO of LifeBridge Community Services, to receive the Susan L. Davis Leadership Award. Rye Neck Kindergartners Learn About Their 5 Senses in Interactive Workshop MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Kindergarten students from Daniel Warren Elementary School in Mamaroneck explored their five senses with scientist Christopher Stetson, who helped them conduct experiments during his recent visit on Dec. 14. Six Pelham Students Honored As Athletes Of The Week PELHAM, N.Y. -- Six Pelham Memorial High School students were named the school's Athletes of the Week, the school announced. The student-athletes honored were seniors Dan Dempsey, Ben Hurd and Gibson Smith; juniors Lorenzo Bertuccioli and Stefan Miklakos; and sophomore Claudia Dodge. Rye Neck High Students Collect Tons Of Food For Larchmont-Mamaroneck Pantry MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Members of the Rye Neck High School Student Senate collected nonperishable food items during their eighth annual food drive that was held from Dec. 6-12.
