Clifton police responded to the area of Bloomfield Avenue and Shafto Street at approximately 9:20 p.m. on a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Clifton Police Chief Thomas Rinaldi said.
