Somers Library Summer Concert Series Continues With 'Fiscellapalooza' SOMERS, N.Y. -- The Somers Library will host the concert "Fiscella-palooza" on Friday, Aug. 12, at Reis Park.John and Eddie Fiscella will kick off the concert, with a second band to be announced. Davis Academy in New Rochelle Holds Successful Parent Literacy Workshop NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- English as a new language (ENL) teachers Trisha Francomano and Tina Guzzetti and TA Ana Palacios led a literacy workshop for parents of English language learners attending the George M. Davis Summer Academy on Wednesday, July 20, in New Rochelle.  The parents learned strategies they can use at home to develop academic reading skills. Each family received a bilingual Read At Home Kit. Funding for the program was provided by the Office of ELL and Dual Language Programs.
