Putnam SPCA Fundraiser Held In Somers SOMERS, N.Y. -- A fundraiser for the SPCA of Putnam County was held on Thursday, Aug. 4, at the Pinnacle in Somers.All guests wore white and participated in food, raffles and socializing to raise much-needed money for the SPCA. The SPCA of Putnam County gets no funding, so fundraisers are needed, according to a release from the SPCA. The event was sponsored by Women's Independent Networking Group (W.I.N.G.).
