Man Struck By Train At Boston's North Station Rushed To Hospital A man was rushed to a Boston hospital for emergency treatment after being struck by a train on Monday afternoon, Feb. 3, authorities said. MBTA police said the man, whose name was not released, was struck by an Orange Line train at 12:34 p.m. at Boston's North Station at 135 Causeway St. MBTA Police Superintendent Richard Sullivan said the man was alert and conscious when paramedics took him to the hospital. His condition was unknown at the time of publication.

Pet Snake Abandoned Along Route 40 In North Haven Dies: 'No Animal Deserves This' Connecticut animal control officials said they couldn't save a pet snake left on the side of a highway over the weekend in subfreezing temperatures. Mass Man Impersonated Pennsylvania Police Officer To Run Construction Scam: Cops A Massachusetts man is behind bars after state police say he tried to con his way into a Pennsylvania home by posing as a cop. Thomas Rooney, 25, was arrested in Hempfield Township after a resident called police about a suspicious encounter on Friday morning, Jan. 31.
