GARFIELD, N.J. -- Lottie B. Gusciora Cwalinski, of Garfield, died on Saturday, March 25. She was 95.
Born in Garfield, Cwalinski lived there most of her life before moving to Jackson Township eight years ago. She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Garfield and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Garfield VF W Benda-Roehrich Post 2867.
She is survived by her son, Glen Cwalinski and his wife Lucia of Jackson; grandchildren Morgan, Lauren and Taylor; and great-grandson Nickson.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Joseph C. Slacke, a 60-year resident of Saddle Brook, died on Saturday, March 25. He was 92.
Born in Manhattan, Slacke graduated from the Manhattan School of Aviation Trades and then joined the Army Air Corps. He was a gunner on an A-20 Havoc in the Pacific during World War II.

HAWTHORNE, N.J. -- Edward B. Galli, of Hawthorne, died on Sunday, March 26. He was 79.
Born in Paterson, Galli was raised in Haledon before he settled in Hawthorne 48 years ago. An avid gardener, he enjoyed wine tasting and skiing.
Before he retired, he was a system analyst with Wells Fargo and Burns International Security Systems for many years.
