WestConn In Danbury Stages 'Absurdity Tour' Comedy Festival DANBURY, Conn. -- The Western Connecticut State University Center for Student Involvement will present the “Absurdity Tour” comedy festival on Homecoming night, Saturday, Oct. 22.The event, at the Feldman Arena in the O’Neill Center on the university’s Westside campus in Danbury, is funded by the Student Government Association and will feature five comedians and a disc jockey. View Award-Winning Paintings Of Local Places At Exhibit By Norwalk Artist NORWALK, Conn. -- Stan Pastore, an award-winning Norwalk artist, is exhibiting a collection of his watercolor paintings, many depicting local landscapes, at Brendan’s 101 in Rowayton until Wednesday, Oct. 19. Maritime Aquarium At Norwalk Turns Into Aqua-Scarium For Halloween NORWALK, Conn. -- The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk will offer free admission to kids in Halloween costumes on the final two weekends of October when the popular family attraction transforms into the Aqua-Scarium.
