Dog Lost In Scarsdale, New Rochelle Area SCARSDALE, N.Y. – A family from the Scarsdale/New Rochelle area is missing their pooch. Phoebe, a 7-year-old shar pei, disappeared from her owners backyard. The spayed female wasn’t wearing a collar or tags, but she does have a microchip. A rescue dog, Phoebe is shy around strangers but isn’t aggressive, her owners said in a post on the website, Lost Pets of Westchester County.
